You get in touch

Email us or use the contact form to request your free trial or start a paid plan. Tell us your business name and preferred subdomain (e.g. yourbakery → yourbakery.foodcore.io).

We provision your instance

We set up your private FoodCore instance manually — at no extra charge. This typically takes a few hours and is always done within the same working day (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm GMT).

You get a welcome email

We'll email you your login link, credentials, and a short getting-started guide. If you have data to migrate, just reply and we'll handle it.

You're up and running

Log in and start adding your recipes, ingredients, and labels. Most customers are fully set up within 24 hours of getting in touch.

No — there are no setup fees. You pay your chosen subscription price and nothing else. We set up your private instance as part of the service at no extra charge.
Yes. Every new customer gets a 7-day free trial with full Core access. No credit card is required to start — just get in touch and we'll have your instance set up the same working day.
Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers can cancel before their renewal date to prevent the next charge. No penalties, no awkward conversations.
Your data is yours. You can export everything from within the app at any time. After cancellation, your instance remains accessible until the end of your paid period. Your data is then retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Yes — migration support is included with both plans. We support imports from other kitchen management platforms as well as Excel and CSV files. If you're not sure how to export your data, just email us and we'll walk you through it.
We set up every instance personally. During business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm GMT) this typically takes a few hours. If you get in touch outside those hours, your instance will be ready the next working day. We'll always email you when it's live.
The label designer is built to produce PPDS-compliant labels with allergens automatically bolded in the ingredient list, as required by Natasha's Law (in force since October 2021 in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland). You remain responsible for ensuring your ingredient data is accurate — we provide the tool, you verify the output.
No. Every customer gets their own private instance — your data is completely isolated and not stored in a shared database alongside anyone else's. Your subdomain, your data, your instance.
