Common questions
No card required. Your 7-day trial gives you full Core access — every feature, no restrictions. At the end of your trial you can subscribe to Essentials, Growth or Core, or simply stop. Nothing happens automatically.
All your data is preserved. If you downgrade from Core to Essentials, your recipes, ingredients and allergen data remain intact. Core-only features (stock, production, Business Insights) become read-only until you upgrade again — nothing is deleted.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings at any time and your subscription won't renew.
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly two months: Essentials is £250/year, Growth £400/year and Core £650/year. Annual billing is charged upfront.
Yes, any time. Upgrade and you'll unlock the new tools immediately — we only charge the pro-rated difference for the rest of your current period, then the full new price from your next renewal. Downgrade and you'll keep everything you have until the end of your current billing period, then move to the lower plan from your next renewal (no partial refund for the unused portion). You can reverse a scheduled downgrade any time before it takes effect.
